Love the podcast.
I shot a charging grizzly years ago at 17ft with a 41 mag.it rolled the bear., he got up ran to 30yards and looked at me with blood pouring out of his mouth.i hit him again, he roared and ran off.we never did find that bear.the 22mag concept is a great concept and I would have to agree. Just never thought about it.i carry a 10mm but might just change..
What 22mag ammo is best penetrating for bear use?.prm30 vs mp 22 both seem like great guns but prm a bit lighter?

Just have a question. Would a larger diameter bullet be helpful if you missed the head and neck bones to allow for a larger permanent and temporary wound cavity that could reach the CNS better than a 22 caliber bullet? This is considering pistol bullets/cartridges and not rifle. I hope explained this, so it could be understood.
